PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY AND ONBOARDING :
STEP 1 - THE CONSULTATION
The Consultation is meant to kick start the project. I will provide design solutions and help to prioritize the budget. Further to this, we will make suggestions on the following:
architectural elements or challenges
furniture layouts and space planning
custom millwork
lighting
design concept direction and initial ideas
custom upholstery & furniture
We will review your architectural drawings and/or take preliminary measurements in order to prepare a Design Fee Proposal. The Consultation can last maximum of 2 hours.
STEP 2 - ONBOARDING
After consultation we will send you consultation summary with work proposal. We will get together via zoom to go over it and will send you an agreement. Once the agreement is signed and payment made We will jump into Phase 2!
PHASE 2 - DESIGN:
STEP 3 -KICK OFF DAY
This is one of the most crucial touchpoints. We meet at your house to take more detailed measurements, photos of the space. We will do walk through with our selected trades and meet with trades to discuss ideas and feasibility of all exciting ideas we have for your place!
STEP 4 - CONCEPT REVIEW
We will pull together the initial design concept for your project to cross reference the list of elements we intend to implementing throughout your home and create personalized budget to work from
STEP 5 - DESIGN PRESENTATION
Presentation of the design complete with construction drawings, full selections, elevations and more to you at your house. One round of revisions is included, if required.
PHASE 3 - DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION:
STEP 6 - ORDERING & INSTALLATION
It all comes together here! Our team implements the design and decor concept selected. We manage all aspects of the project including ordering, working with any necessary trades, and installations .
STEP 7 - REVEAL DAY
We will add accessories and stage your home for photo shoot. We are aiming for turnkey TV- like reveal. You can now enjoy your new space!
STEP 8 - PROJECT CLOSURE
We will provide a binder with all the necessary information you will need, all warranties, instructions, finishes names and anything you might need for your records
