CONSULTATION

We offer consultations that show you the changes that can be accomplished in your home. A room by room, step process which will make full use of the existing furniture and decorations. At the consultation stage we’ll present to you all the areas that need improvement, indicate what should be switched, renewed, de-cluttered, and or cleaned. All the recommendations are left in writing, so that the seller, at their discretion, will make the final decision of what is to be done. This consultation will take around 2 hours

STAGING A VACANT HOME

Most people can’t imagine themselves in an empty house. We need to entice their imaginations and show them how the house will present itself with actual furniture and decorations. As part of our service to you we can decorate an entire home using rented furniture and decorations bringing out the ambience of the home. Everything is customized to your budget.

STAGING A FURNISHED HOME

We will redecorate your home so the buyer will have the opportunity to imagine themselves living there. We will work with existing furniture and decorations in your home, however we can use our own if needed. Everything is customized to your budget and space.
